Front Server — Surreal

Surreal Global Kitchen is looking for experienced, enthusiastic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our Front of House team!

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional guest experiences, have strong food and beverage knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.

The ideal candidate is professional, attentive, proactive, and confident in delivering outstanding service while contributing to a positive and team-oriented atmosphere.

• Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all guests.

• Guide guests through the menu, offering knowledgeable food and beverage recommendations.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and ensure timely service.

• Maintain strong knowledge of menu ingredients, allergens, cocktails, wine, and spirits.

• Confidently upsell appetizers, cocktails, wine, desserts, and additional menu items.

• Anticipate guest needs and maintain a high level of hospitality throughout the dining experience.

• Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, and fellow FOH team members.

• Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently.

• Maintain clean, organized, and properly set tables and service stations.

• Accurately process payments and follow all cash-handling procedures.

• Complete assigned opening, closing, and daily side work.

• Follow restaurant service standards, policies, and food safety procedures.
