How we use them
- Strictly necessary.We store your cookie choice in your browser's local storage so we can remember your preference and not ask again on every visit. This is required for the consent feature to work and is always active. The Site otherwise functions without setting tracking cookies.
- Analytics (Google Analytics). We use Google Analytics to understand how the Site is used. By default it runs in a privacy-preserving, cookieless mode — it does not store cookies or identifiers on your device, and only sends aggregate, non-identifying signals. If you accept analytics cookies via our banner, Google Analytics sets cookies for fuller, more accurate measurement.
- No advertising. We do not use advertising or marketing cookies, and we do not sell or share your information for targeted advertising.

Google Analytics cookies typically expire after about 13 months.
Managing your choices
When you first visit, you can accept or declinenon-essential (analytics) cookies. If you decline, analytics stays in the cookieless mode described above. You can change your choice anytime by clearing the "cookie-consent" value (or your site data) in your browser — the banner will then reappear. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, and install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on.
Third-party cookies
When you follow links to or use OpenTable (reservations), Toast (gift cards), or TripleSeat (event inquiries), those services may set their own cookies under their own policies, which we don't control.
