Line Cook (Brunch & Dinner Hybrid Position)

IMPERFECTO is seeking a talented and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team. This is a hybrid position primarily focused on our brunch program, and two dinner shifts.

We are looking for a cook who is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is eager to contribute to a collaborative, high-performance kitchen.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute brunch service with consistency, organization, and attention to detail

• Support daily prep and production for both brunch and dinner operations

• Work across multiple stations as needed

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation

• Follow recipes, systems, and quality standards established by the culinary team

• Contribute positively to team culture and kitchen operations

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a line cook in a professional restaurant environment

• Strong understanding of kitchen fundamentals, sanitation, and food safety

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Availability to work weekends and holiday shifts

• Bread-baking experience is highly preferred
