Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

• Prepare and execute menu items according to restaurant recipes, standards, and presentation guidelines.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workstation throughout service.

• Ensure proper food handling, storage, labeling, and sanitation procedures.

• Work efficiently during high-volume services while maintaining food quality and consistency.

• Assist with daily prep, station setup, and closing duties.

• Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow kitchen team members.

• Monitor food freshness, quality, and proper portion control.

• Follow all food safety and kitchen sanitation standards.
